These guys have no manners at all. Only shine stuff around. I drove miles to buy a watch they told us they had in the store and once there, and after being completely ignored for about an hour (also a weird guy recording the customers with his phone), they told me that they didn't have the piece. Total waste of a time and the feeling of being deceived by a shady salesman.

The salesman ARI provided Awful service, don’t authenticate here. Was going to use authentication services and they went behind our backs and purchased watch from under me. Showed no remorse. They only care about making money not about customer service. Customer service is secondary. Then the jeweler joked unapologetically how he will turn around and flip the price on me for higher.
Do not get a watch authenticated with them, they will try to buy the watch from the person you’re trying to buy it from. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
