Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy. If you don’t, here’s how to make a return or exchange.
We appreciate you shopping with us and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. This is why we offer a 10 day return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift that you received, we will gladly accept a return for full refund less any restocking, shipping and handling charges. Refunds are given in the same form as the original payment. Returns must be sent within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, stickers, and all original documentation. The jewelry/watches must be unworn an unaltered. Unaltered includes watch and jewelry sizing. All stickers and tags must still be fully attached. Pieces that show any wear and/or pieces that were sized or altered in any way will not be refunded/exchanged. Special orders are not eligible for refunds or exchange. All items have a 15% Restocking fee. This charge covers, Shipping and handling, insurance, credit card fees, online checkout fees, bank fees, or other occurring fees. Return Shipping is the buyer's responsibility and must be accompanied with a return authorization and tracking number given by Koosh Jewelers. To continue to prove our self we may collect and maintain certain information regarding, for example, your product and service references, dates of special occasions related to people you buy gifts for (e.g., birthdays), and billing and shipping information. Under no circumstances what so ever do we sell or rent this information to other businesses or person and we protect and enforce the confidentiality of all gathered information. We respect your privacy and will preserve your trust in Koosh Jewelers. Our Privacy Policy is explained in greater detail below. We change this policy from time to time for your benefit by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure you are in satisfied with all changes. Information we collect We may collect the following information when inquiring or finalizing an online or in store purchase: -Customer information including your name, telephone number, postal address and e-mail address, birthday, anniversary date, special dates. - Billing information, transaction and credit card information when finalizing a purchase. - When you contact us or we contact you via e-mail, phone, text, Skype, Face time, walk-in we may keep a record of that correspondence; and information regarding your personal or professional interests, experiences with our products and contact preferences in order to provide you with further correspondence via e-mail, text, phone, Skype, face time about recent transactions, feedback, new items, repairs, sales etc. All customer registration information is stored in a secure, confidential database with the account password encrypted. The colors of product images displayed may also vary from the actual size of the product depending on the monitor on which they are displayed. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any price that may be listed incorrectly or expired and cancel the order at our discretion. We do not honor any incorrect or erroneous prices. In addition, we reserve the right to change pricing before or after an order based on a vendor or suppliers change in pricing. Pricing is based on retail price at the time of delivery and not at the time of order. Koosh Jewelers is not affiliated in anyway whatsoever with our certified pre-owned brands: Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, Jabob&Co, Patek Philippe, Panerai, Hublot, Audemars piguet, Chanel, and any other pre-owned line. We do not claim to be authorized retailers for these brand and do not offer their services through them in anyway. Sales Tax We are required to collect sales tax for any purchase delivered within the State of Florida. If merchandise is shipped outside of Florida and sales tax is not charged, the customer may be liable for a state use tax in their home state of residence.
