The salesman ARI provided Awful service, don’t authenticate here. Was going to use authentication services and they went behind our backs and purchased watch from under me. Showed no remorse. They only care about making money not about customer service. Customer service is secondary. Then the jeweler joked unapologetically how he will turn around and flip the price on me for higher.
Do not get a watch authenticated with them, they will try to buy the watch from the person you’re trying to buy it from. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
