Reposting my review from before as somehow this business got this taken down (I used an old work email) even though i have a screenshot with a copy of my text messages and receipt. DO NOT COME HERE, THEY RUINED MY RING AND HAVE ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!
I have a custom engagement ring and wedding bands that I needed resized and wanted fused. I made sure to indicate at the store multiple times I wanted them fused, then got a picture of the rings not fused ready for pick up, asked if they will be fused (I couldn't tell if it was a before picture), and was reassured they are. When I went to go pick it up, the rings were not fused and I was told I did not say I wanted this done. I was then told it is better to not fuse them to give me the flexibility of wearing just my engagement ring as if I didn't already spend time thinking about the pros and cons. I didn't have the patience of waiting another day again to have the original thing I wanted done so I just went home. Insult to injury, I realized then that the 3 rings were sized differently so they don't even fit together anymore. There was also a specific design for the engagement band part, and they just resized the band and ruined the design.
I never write bad reviews, but was so compelled this time to do so.
Edit- posting my text screenshot to verify I was indeed a customer. To add, don’t show up at opening time unless you have time to spend 20-25 min with the rest of the staff waiting for the owner to show up and open the door. Happened the day I showed up, and the next day when I picked up.

Had tried to purchase an AP from Jami (The Wolf) back in Sep/October time. Being that I was out of town for over a month I sent him over a deposit of $3,000 dollars via Zelle. After having issues with my bank while overseas I come back to find out he had sold the watch and claims that I did (wire fraud) I tell him don’t worry keep the deposit and we can credit that to something else. Over these past few months I’ve tried to purchase a Bruce Wayne, another AP and a Cartier bracelet. He ignored me for months and sent me to work with Miriam to purchase a Cartier bracelet! After finding out the bracelets aren’t even authentic Cartier I asked them to refund me. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Jami, and I’ve been completely ignored. Do not do business with Jami!! Everyone else seems to be very very nice but Jami, will tell you he’s with a client and he will call you back and never does. I’ve been chasing this for months and nothing from Jami. I drove miles to buy a watch they told us they had in the store and once there, and after being completely ignored for about an hour (also a weird guy recording the customers with his phone), they told me that they didn't have the piece. The salesman ARI provided Awful service, don’t authenticate here. Was going to use authentication services and they went behind our backs and purchased watch from under me. Showed no remorse. They only care about making money not about customer service. Customer service is secondary. Then the jeweler joked unapologetically how he will turn around and flip the price on me for higher.
Do not get a watch authenticated with them, they will try to buy the watch from the person you’re trying to buy it from. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

What an amazing experience! Saw a brand new 2024 Rolex GMT Batgirl on their Instagram post. Jamie responded to my DM the same day. I ended up trading in my 2022 Rolex which Jamie gave me a very good price for with some cash on top and got the Batgirl! Whole transaction was done over the phone as I live in another state. I have been on the look out for the Tudor Pink Black Bay and could not find it. Out of nowhere pops up on their instagram and messaged them right away. I recently sold a few watches to Koosh and worked directly with Ari. From my initial conversation through the end of the transaction I found him to be one of the warmest people I’ve ever worked with in the retail business. He is honest, kind and easy to talk to. When I was there a few folks were looking at Rolexes watches and I was treated just as a “high roller, which I certainly am not. I highly recommend purchasing any type of jewelry or watch from Koosh and Ari, in particular.

Buyer beware of watch hustlers like Jamie Koosh. In my opinion, he doesn’t even deserve one star. I purchased a watch labeled and promoted as brand new (3/3/22 tag) from Koosh Jewelers on 3/19/2024. I received the watch the following day and did an unboxing video, only to discover two visibly damaged links. I immediately brought this to Jamie's attention; he said he’d call me shortly. However, despite repeated texts and read receipts indicating he received them, he wasn't as responsive as he was when selling the "new watch." I requested a shipping label, as agreed, to return this $54,700 watch. No invoice or receipt was included, and the money was zelled and wired. Despite daily requests for the shipping label, a week went by without an email. Eventually, I asked a friend visiting Fort Lauderdale to pick up the label from Jamie. I called UPS to ensure the label was insured, as I wasn't willing to send a $55,000 watch without insurance. UPS informed me that the label was not insured. Consequently, I spent $801.63 on a shipping label to send the watch back. It was received on 4/4/2024. I texted Jamie for days regarding the refund, but he kept promising to call without any follow-through. Finally, on 4/9/2024, we spoke on the phone, and Jamie informed me of an additional $300 charge for a label he canceled and got a full refund from UPS. Thus, purchasing a watch from a watch hustler cost me $1100 and took three weeks to get a refund. He also claimed it took him a while because he wanted to sell the watch in order to refund me. This is why I call him a hustler and not a jeweler. His actions demonstrate a lack of professionalism and integrity, further solidifying the warning to potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with individuals like Jamie Koosh.

I had written a good review for this store after purchasing multiple Rolex watches. The Rolex watches at Koosh come with fake china “aftermarket” Rolex knockoff boxes. This is never clarified when a watch is sold to a customer and when reselling a watch down the line you can lose $250+ worth of value on a box alone. I bought 4 Rolex watches and one Cartier santos, as far as the Rolexes go that’s $1000 worth of fake stuff given to me at Koosh. Being a customer of theirs that has spent tens of thousands at Koosh purchased several diamond bracelets, designer chains, and many watches I was expecting to receive a professional response from the store. Next thing I know Jaime “wolf” calls me on the phone cursing me out starting to yell to me that I’m speaking with someone else (who clearly dislikes him and his business) and that I’ve never bought a watch off him in my life. I explained calmly what issues I had with everything and spoke to him with decency and respect (something he didn’t do for a second on that phone call); he proceeded to continue to curse and speak in a vulgar manner and told me not to worry because he was going to “block my number” and I better not come back to the store again. Ari is a good guy a good Buisness owner, and ended up apologizing for Jaime but in no way shape or form do I recommend a single person to do business with these people. They are dishonest, they don’t care about you unless they think you have lots of money, and if you buy with them triple check every part and piece is factory because once you walk out of there they will threaten to “block you” if you complaint regardless of how respectful you are or how much you’ve spent.

He sent me a picture just before shipping my watch out while I was on the phone with him. I felt bad asking at the last minute but I didn’t want to go to a jeweler to remove a link. I wanted to wear the watch immediately after opening the package. I was amazed at his response as he went to the watch maker while still on the phone with me and requested him to do it now so he could overnight me the watch.

Bottom line is this team finds what you want and only tolerate what’s best for their customers. I’m a second time customer at Koosh. Going to be a third time for sure. Great people. From my experience, they jumped through hoops to get my request right. But a little back and forth makes the process fun. They aren’t easy to negotiate with but in such a demanding market, hard to get a bottom dollar for such amazing watches.
